We were hesitant when we read the reviews,but our room is great,clean and smells good.Front desk clerk very kind.We do recommend this hotel
Ended up here with my job. Clean rooms, good service and perfect location right off of I-70 just across the Indiana/Illinois line. Only drawback was the everpresent aroma of curry around the front office. Personally I like Indian food and was curious as to what was cooking, but if you're not a big fan you might want to avoid. Then again, it's a good way to expand the olfactory pallet. Other than all that it's a nice place to to lay your head.
Room was clean, the pillows were extremely small and there were only 2 on the bed (most hotels have 4). The clerk was friendly. Breakfast was the usual fare: waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, and pastries. There is no elevator.

Looks can be deceiving! I stayed here Friday night, 27 December 2024, and it was the nicest, cleanest motel room I've stayed in for a very long time & it was on the large size, very roomy!
We had a good experience breakfast was good. Only a funny smell for us and the blankets weren't too good. Thank you for having the Bible there for everyone to read.
We were very pleasantly surprised to find our “pet friendly” room, a very nice, spacious room, with decent fridge, microwave and nice, clean carpet. Overall the best room we’ve had in years that doesn’t break the bank.

Great rooms at excellent prices. Guests are welcomed to stay 24 hours regardless of their check in times, your not a asked to leave at 11 and maid services is not trying to rush you out before check out. A nice parking lot for a tractor trailer.... They need to use the iconic yellow back with red 8 so customers know the parking lot is SUPER 8....
Clean comfortable room. Perfect location. Off the highway. Easy to find. Clean parking lot even. I never caught the front desk clerk's name but my only issue was the remote not working. He probably spent 20 plus minutes trying to get it to work. Didn't leave until it was fixed. I've had that happen before at other locations and as late as it was I'm usually told nothing can be done until maintenance came the next day. I definitely appreciated his efforts.
